The carpets definitely need shampooing!!! Elevators overdue for inspection!!! Shower curtains are ineffective for keeping water off the floor, a proper liner is essential!!!

The breakfast spread was on point, and the staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home. Plus, being close to a bunch of tasty spots like Ajiaco's Colombian Food and Leroy's BBQ Smokehouse was a major win for my culinary cravings!

Now, here's the kicker, the noise from the highway was intense, and the bathroom had a serious drainage issue that put a damper on things.

Decent stay, needs some upgrades

We spent 2 nights here. The staff was super friendly, especially in the cafeteria! Everyone we met was helpful and cheery. Breakfast was pretty good too. On the downside, the room kinda had that musty smell, not ideal. I would've liked a fresher vibe overall.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleaning could be improved. We noticed some overlooked areas in the room that needed attention. For families with children, better attention to cleaning would enhance the overall experience.

I had a great stay at Best Western! The location was perfect, and my double room was spotless. Juan, the manager, was super helpful and really made us feel welcomed. I loved that the hotel has an outdoor pool, which was a nice way to relax after exploring. Plus, everything mentioned online about the hotel was true!

When we checked in, the staff was super friendly and genuinely made us feel welcome. The breakfast had a variety of options that exceeded my expectations, fresh fruits and hot dishes, not just some stale bagels.
